  • Easy exercises to do at home to feel your best during pregnancy and for postpartum recovery
  • Easy, at-home exercises to encourage your baby into an optimal position for birth
  • Tips for at-home exercises to help you feel your best during pregnancy and leading up to your birth

Dr. Olivia is a warm, compassionate and very experienced chiropractor with a thoughtful, evidence-based approach to treatment. She has a passion for perinatal and postnatal wellness, with a strong belief that you don’t have to suffer through the aches and pains of pregnancy and parenthood.

Dr. Olivia goes beyond simply adjusting with her chiropractic treatments – she also incorporates other modalities such as soft tissue work and acupuncture for a well-rounded patient experience. She has a special interest in labour preparation, pain relief, and fetal malpositions including breech, transverse, and posterior babies. Dr. Olivia is a firm believer in inspiring others to learn about their health and empowering them to make informed health care decisions.
